Units Involved: The project includes a 200 gpm reverse osmosis system for a new bottling plant. the reverse osmosis equipment includes a stainless-steel frame, variable speed pump, substantial instrumentation, allen bradley PLC 5 control and programming for operation trending. pretreatment equipment was also furnished. The project also included the I&C for the entire bottling and water treatment facility, which includes five (5) multi-media and iron pretreatment filters, lime coagulation plant, brine treatment, UV, and carbon adsorption post treatment.
